Kate Upton's Supermodel Beauty Secrets
Kate can channel anything from bombshell pinup in the Guess ads to the girl next door (or the girl every guy wishes lived next door) in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. Naturally, I had to ask Kate her beauty secrets. Here is what this blue-eyed all-American beauty had to say.
What products do you always keep in your makeup bag?
My favorite mascara is Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill, and my favorite eye shadow is Revlon ColorStay in Coffee Bean.
Do you have a beauty product discovery that you can’t be without now?
My favorite beauty product is the Chanel Hydramax + Active moisturizer. I travel so much, so my skin always dries out, but this moisturizer is so amazing — but not too strong to make you oily.
How do you keep your hair looking so gorgeous?
My favorite hair product is Sebbag Essentials. It keeps your hair healthy and shiny, plus it smells amazing.
Speaking of gorgeous, you have flawless skin. How do you keep it that way? Any secrets?
I love Bliss Spa! I go there for routine facials, and I use their face wash and toner.
Are you more of a Sephora girl or drugstore beauty shopper?
I prefer Sephora because there are so many options — a girl can get lost in there.
Who would you say your beauty icon is?
Adriana Lima is my favorite model, and to me she is a beauty icon.
How do you stay in such AMAZING shape?
I always try to keep a healthy diet, and a special thanks to my trainer, Justin Gelband.
As a Guess girl, you must have picked up some fabulous sexy makeup and hair tips behind the scenes. Can you share any?
My favorite makeup secret I learned from Guess is lip liner — something so simple that does so much.
You made your splash debut in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition this year! Do you have any secrets for looking flawless in a bikini?
I would recommend a bikini wax before bathing suit season. It hurts so much, but it's worth it!
Do you have any great kitchen beauty tips?
I like to put olive oil on my skin when it’s dry, and I make my own yogurt masks sometimes.
Are you more drawn to the natural look or smoky eyes when you go out at night?
I love makeup — the more time I have, the more I put on. Even though natural is beautiful, I love a smoky eye.
What is your favorite feature to play up?
My eyes, because I always feel confident when I have a nice smoky eye.
Do you have a signature scent?
Coco by Chanel.
What is your secret to your daily glow?
A smile and a good-morning latte.
